We never store, copy, or keep your manuscripts
When you upload a file to abookado.pro — whether it is a novel, screenplay, poem collection, or any other document — it is loaded into memory solely to carry out the service you requested. It is never written to a permanent database, never indexed, never read by a human, and never retained after the job is complete.
Once your PDF is generated and made available for download, the uploaded content is discarded. We operate a zero-retention policy on creative works.
- Your manuscript is never stored on our servers beyond the duration of a single job.
- We never copy, reproduce, or claim any rights over the content you upload.
- We never use your work to train AI models, fine-tune models, or feed any machine learning pipeline.
- Your work is never shared with third parties, resold, or transferred in any form.
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see your card
All payments are handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. abookado.pro never receives, stores, or processes your credit card number, CVV, or any payment credential.
- Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure, encrypted checkout.
- We receive only a transaction confirmation — no card data ever touches our servers.
- Stripe applies TLS encryption, fraud detection, and 3D Secure authentication.
- Each transaction is a one-time charge. We do not create recurring subscriptions without explicit consent.
AI calls are transient — your text is never trained on
abookado.pro uses large language models via API to analyse and generate content. These calls are stateless: your text is sent as a prompt, the model responds, and nothing is retained.
- AI prompts are processed in real time and not logged for training purposes.
- No persistent context is built around your work between sessions.
- Generated PDFs are stored temporarily and accessible only via a private, unguessable URL.
- Generated files expire automatically and are not accessible after the session ends.
Minimal data, clear purpose
We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the service:
- Email address — provided during checkout via Stripe, used only to send your receipt.
- Transaction records — a log of payment confirmations (amount, date, service). No card data.
- Technical logs — standard server logs (IP, timestamps) for security. Rotated and purged regularly.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data to any third party, and we do not create advertising profiles.
Full control over your data
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD or other applicable regulations:
- The right to access any personal data we hold about you.
- The right to erasure — we will delete your data on request.
- The right to portability — receive your data in a structured format.
- The right to object to any processing you did not explicitly consent to.

What you can and cannot do
By using abookado.pro you agree to the following:
- You own or have the legal right to upload the content you submit.
- You will not upload content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or violates any applicable law.
- Each purchase grants a single, personal-use licence to the generated PDF. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the output.
- AI-generated content is provided as a professional tool. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of misuse.
Refund policy
Because our service delivers a digitally generated file immediately upon payment, all sales are final by default. However, if the service fails — your job errors out or your PDF is not generated — we will issue a full refund without question.

Updates to this policy
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
